Ben still has a job!!!
Yesterday was the day that Ben could have lost his job...he did not lose it. We are so thankful that he is still gainfully employed! Thanks to all of you who have been thinking and praying for us and Thanks to the Lord for helping Ben keep his job. Although we aren't out of danger yet...GM still has a ways to go before they have "turned around", we are very grateful for the many blessings that we have been given from a kind and loving Father in Heaven.

When I heard about the cuts on the news, my heart went out in prayer for your behalf. How grateful I am for a Father who hears and ANSWERS prayers.

We've been on pins and needles about it, too, Sarah. As Rachel and I are about to complete our second semester of economics, we can't help but watch/read the news about current conditions in the US. I'm so glad that the first potential hurdle has come, and now gone with Ben keeping his job. That would have been a crappy birthday present for him.
